Important Information

Waxing: Your Vehicle: Most of the cars that need only waxing are either less than one year old or waxed at least three (2) times per year.

We can not just wax a vehicle if the paint has any of the following:

• Dullness, oxidation, or fading
• Superficial scratches
• Water spots
• Speckles in the paint (particularly on white cars because the dirt gets embedded in the paint and needs to be polished out)

Any of the above items are indicators the vehicle needs to be polished prior to waxing. Polishing is a cleaning process; Wax is only a protectant to keep your car looking its very best. Please note, wax will not remove any of the above listed problems. We will be happy to look at your vehicle and tell you what type of service we recommend.

Overspray: This process is often time consuming and difficult to remove. It must be done properly, without harsh methods or solvents, to ensure damage does not occur to the vehicle’s paint. Over the years we’ve developed a safe and sure method for overspray removal. We carefully remove it by hand, inch by inch, from the paint, chrome, moldings, windows, and rubber—anywhere and everywhere it is. We use a product called clay magic and a water based media, which is not harmful to the paint. Afterwards, the vehicle is completely polished with a non-abrasive polish, and two coats of polymer sealer wax are applied by hand. We’ve often been told by happy customers that the overspray was a good thing. They never realized their car could look so wonderful!

There is a price range, depending on the type of overspray and how heavy it is, as well as, the make, model and year of your vehicle. This service cost $350 and up depending on the severity. Come by for a quick written estimate, which can be submitted to the painting company responsible or to your insurance. We will gladly work with either.

Paint Touch-Ups: Often the deeper nicks can be minimized by paint touch-up. (You may need to provide us with the paint.) Please note that although this service will minimize and cover certain damages, we can not make it perfect; and in certain instances it doesn’t help at all. We will do our best! But it is important to remember this service is JUST A TOUCH UP not a repainting.

Flood Damage: This is one of our specialties! Over the years we’ve developed a specialized method for drying and restoring flood damaged vehicles to their original condition. No mildew or other odors hanging around indefinitely making your life miserable. We remove all of the carpeting; remove and replace the padding underneath; steam clean and shampoo carpeting and upholstery; dry out the inside of the door panels, and more…Whatever it takes! Our prices are reasonable. We can save you time, money and aggravation. We will work with your insurance company. We can bill them directly after approval of your claim.
